Vahe Barkhordarian, DVM

Dr. Vahe Barkhordarian, who also goes by Dr. V, is a general practitioner at We Talk Pets. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he completed his Bachelor of Science in General Biology at UC San Diego and then earned his veterinary degree at Western University of Health Sciences. He has long been interested in animals, biodiversity, and the natural world, and that interest led him into veterinary medicine. His background includes shelter work, which shaped a practical, effective approach to general practice.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his cat, Misha, and his tortoise, Shuckle. In his free time he follows soccer as a Real Madrid fan. He also cheers on his fantasy football team.
